Ride For Freedom is formally constituted as a Community Interest Company (CIC) and operates as a not-for-profit social enterprise. The income generated from sponsorships is invested in the development and outreach to deliver Ride For Freedom’s aim’s and objectives, including:
- Development and delivery of the Freewheel programme
- Logistics and back-up support for the cycling challenges
- Strategy and implementation of Marketing, PR campaigns
- Administration, including day-to-day overheads and expenses

Cycle up to 12,727km during 2023 to honour the 12,727 potential victims of modern slavery referred to the U.K. Home Office during 2021, the last full year of available statistics.

Join this once in a lifetime invitation to cycle the first 3 stages of the 2023 Tour de France in the week before the pros. The fully supported Tour will also visit the Basque Country football clubs to #ShowARedCard to child/human trafficking (a form of modern slavery) in football.
